• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
• Free shipping on all orders over 500 DKK
• Orders under 500 DKK: 49 DKK flat rate

European Union

• Standard delivery: 4–8 business days
• Free shipping on all orders over 1.000 DKK
• Orders under 1.000 DKK: 99 DKK flat rate

Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns

We want you to love every Viora Nord piece. If something isn't right, we make returns simple.

Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Swimwear and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Hygiene items cannot be returned once opened

How to return:

1. Email us at Support@vioranord.shop with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return label within 24 hours
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Support@vioranord.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
