At Viora Nord, we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any signs of use

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Support@vioranord.com with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Drop it off at your nearest carrier location

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at Support@vioranord.shop within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

EU Consumer Rights

As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason (cooling-off period). To exercise this right, contact us at Support@vioranord.shop before the 14-day period expires.
