Shipping
Denmark
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
- Free shipping on all orders over 500 DKK
- Orders under 500 DKK: 49 DKK flat rate
European Union
- Standard delivery: 4–8 business days
- Free shipping on all orders over 1.000 DKK
- Orders under 1.000 DKK: 99 DKK flat rate
Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Please note: delivery times may vary during peak periods and public holidays.
Returns
We want you to love every Viora Nord piece. If something isn't right, we make returns simple.
Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Swimwear and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Hygiene items cannot be returned once opened
How to return:
- Email us at Support@vioranord.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return label within 24 hours
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Support@vioranord.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
